We have a set date for our meeting at the main health event in Latin America, scheduled to take place from May 21st to 24th, 2024, and we would like to share an important update that will impact the way you access this event.
After careful consideration and a thorough analysis of our operations, we have decided to introduce a visitor access fee starting from the 2024 edition onward.
Hospitalar will maintain its core as a business event, and we firmly believe that this decision will bring benefits to both our visitors and exhibitors.
A portion of the proceeds from visitor tickets will be allocated to non-profit institutions, selected by our committee.
What the Hospitalar 2024 Ticket includes:
● Admission to all 4 days of the event;
● Over 1,200 exhibiting brands at the trade show;
● Access to content from the Hospitalar HUB, Clinical Engineering, and Industry and Distributors Arenas;
● Access to partner congresses with updated and rich content throughout the event (check the agenda soon and register for the topics of interest);
● Free transfer from Santos-Imigrantes underground station, Congonhas Airport, and Plaza Sul Shopping Mall.
Ticket Prices
BRL 100 for early purchases through the website until May 20th (online registration)
BRL 160 for purchases during the event on the website from May 21st to 24th (online registration)
BRL 220 for purchases made at the venue ticket office from May 21st to 24th (on-site registration)
