SOCIAL PROJECTS

Hospitalar goes beyond being a meeting point for the entire healthcare ecosystem. We believe in the power of social transformation and the positive impact that the sector can generate. That is why we support and carry out social projects that expand access to healthcare, promote inclusion and strengthen communities.

Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in concrete actions, from reducing the environmental impact of our events to encouraging responsible practices in the healthcare chain. We want to build a more sustainable, equitable and accessible future for everyone.

PROJECT 2025: TICKETS THAT TRANSFORM LIVES

Hospitalar 2025 reaffirms its commitment to social responsibility and expanding access to healthcare through a new solidarity project. This year, part of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to three important social initiatives: AACD, Barco Hospital Papa Francisco and Projeto Social Irmã Dulce.

These organizations play a vital role in serving thousands of people, providing rehabilitation, medical assistance, and essential care to those who need it most. By participating in Hospitalar 2025, you are also helping to strengthen these causes and positively impact the lives of many families.

Take this opportunity to learn more about the inspiring work of these NGOs and discover how you can contribute even more. In addition to donating, there are many ways you can get involved and be part of these projects that make a difference in the lives of so many people!

Together, we can transform the future of healthcare!

2020: TOGETHER IN FIGHT CAMPAIGN

During the Covid-19 pandemic , Hospitalar , in partnership with Instituto Horas da Vida , launched the Juntos no Combate project , a solidarity initiative to collect supplies, PPE and equipment for healthcare entities on the front lines of the fight against the disease. The campaign mobilized the sector and resulted in the donation of 83,905 items , in addition to the collection of R$ 4,847,703.76 in financial resources, benefiting 211 healthcare institutions across the country. The project reinforced Hospitalar's commitment to supporting the care network and strengthening the fight against the pandemic at a critical time for the healthcare system.

SUSTAINABILITY IN HOSPITALITY

Hospitalar understands the responsibility of its impact on the world and is therefore committed to promoting sustainability before, during and after the event . As one of the largest gatherings in the healthcare sector, we seek to inspire positive change and encourage responsible practices that benefit both people and the planet.

Our commitment is based on three essential pillars :

We incorporate sustainable practices into our brand, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), to encourage the healthcare sector to adopt more responsible initiatives.

We are working to halve our waste and carbon emissions by 2025, with the goal of becoming a zero-waste and net zero carbon event by 2030.

We invest in the community by allocating 1% of our pre-tax profit to social projects, in addition to promoting diversity, inclusion, and creating value for the cities that host us.

From planning to dismantling the fair, we have taken concrete measures to minimize environmental impacts and increase our contribution to a more sustainable society. Hospitalar believes that sustainability is a collective commitment – and we want to continue connecting people, knowledge and innovations for a better future!
