Yes, this year there will be a charge for entry to the event. We offer three purchase options for visitor tickets: BRL100 pre-event online, BRL160 during the online event, and BRL220 on site. It is important to highlight that part of the ticket revenue will be donated to NGOs.

No, it's not necessary. The congress ticket grants access to the purchased Congress and 4 days of visitation to the event.

If you already have a connection with any of the event exhibitors, you can request a complimentary pass. If you don't have a connection yet, you can try connecting with exhibitors through the Hospitalar Hub platform and attempt to request your complimentary pass for the event. 

To use your complimentary ticket, you must cancel your ticket purchase.

You have 7 days after purchase to request a full refund, it is crucial to make this request up to 48 hours before the event via email [email protected].

After 7 days to request a full ticket refund, please contact our customer service via email [email protected] to carry out the negotiations and transfer of courtesy.

No, the Visitor ticket only grants access to the contents of the free Arenas that take place within the Business tradeshow.

Hospitalar does not organize caravans, but there are educational institutions and associations that promote this transportation model. Check if there are any options in your city.

Yes, there are free conferences promoted by partners and content arenas in the business pavilion. Registration is necessary to access the free congresses, while for the content arenas, simply purchase a visitation ticket.

No, the purchase prices in the visitation category are fixed and grant access to the 4 days of the event.

Yes, however, they must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, with a signed liability waiver. Children aged 10 and over must also purchase a ticket.

Minors accompanied by their parents: parents and minor must present their original documents.


Minors accompanied by a parent, guardian or an authorized relative: the companions must present an authorization document signed by the minor's guardians, with a notarized signature, as well as a certified copy or original documents from the guardians, the minor's own, and their own.


*We emphasize that we do not recommend the presence of children and teenagers at the event, as it is a corporate event, with plenty of lighting and sound, and where people drink alcoholic drinks during happy hour.

For the Visitor credential, we recommend taking the printed version and using the bags available at the entrance to the pavilion or picking it up at the totems in the accreditation area.

Yes, it is possible, but when purchasing, you must provide the name and email of the person who will receive the ticket. The third party must fill in all the data to validate the ticket.

São Paulo Expo has accessible infrastructure, including elevators, ramps and integrated access between the parking lot and the pavilion. Motorized chairs will be available during the event at CAEX (Exhibitor Service Center).

Congonhas Airport, 10 minutes from São Paulo Expo, is the main one for domestic flights, while Guarulhos International Airport is approximately 60 minutes away.

Jabaquara Station (Blue line) is the closest. To use the free transfer, go to Santos-Imigrantes Station (Green line) and go to the meeting point: Rua Engenheiro Guilherme Winter, S/N – Cursino.

The prices are defined by São Paulo Expo and can be checked at the counters on site.

Yes, as it is a business event, people wearing short pants (bermudas, shorts, etc.) and inappropriate footwear (slippers and flip-flops) will not be permitted.
