With over 30 years of career experience dedicated to supply chain management, logistics, and strategic planning in leading healthcare institutions in Brazil and Latin America, she has had a distinguished career at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz (SP) and Hospital Moinhos de Vento (RS).
Throughout her journey, she has led transformative projects in logistics automation, traceability of materials and medications, integrated inventory management, and the implementation of advanced supply systems. She was responsible for pioneering initiatives in the country, such as the adoption of Datamatrix for medications and the implementation of WMS with robotics for pharmaceutical storage. She played a key role in achieving the international accreditation of the Joint Commission International (JCI), coordinating the Governance, Leadership, and Direction (GLD) chapter, and actively participated in institutional strategic planning processes based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
From 2019 to 2025, she served as the Director of Supply Chain at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, leading all areas of procurement, contracts, inventory, and healthcare logistics, with a focus on operational efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and patient safety. Previously, she spent over a decade as Supply Chain Manager at the same institution and more than 20 years as Supply Chain Manager at Associação Hospitalar Moinhos de Vento, where she was also responsible for the commercial area and relationships with payers.
She holds a degree in Public Relations, a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Negotiation, an MBA in Healthcare Organization Management, and an Advanced Executive Development Program. She is recognized for her people-oriented leadership, operational excellence, and the development of high-performance supply chains, always focusing on care quality and patient safety.
