With over 25 years of career experience dedicated to hospital management, supply chain, infrastructure, and facilities, he has held strategic leadership positions in some of the country's leading hospitals. He is a partner at CREMAC – Health Business and works as a consultant on projects focused on operational transformation and the structuring of supply chains in the healthcare sector.

He served as Director of Logistics, Infrastructure, and Facilities at Hospital Sírio-Libanês, where he led operations with over 800 direct employees, managed an annual budget of approximately R$ 1.8 billion in procurement, and coordinated critical areas such as supply chain, clinical engineering, maintenance, construction, sustainability, and services. He also held the position of COO at Hospital São Camilo and in public and university hospital complexes in Vale do Paraíba, overseeing structures with up to 2,500 employees and more than 1,000 beds.

A Hospital Administrator, he holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Mackenzie, an MBA in Logistics, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from FGV. He is a Master in Administration from FGV-EAESP and is currently pursuing a PhD at the same institution, with research focused on strategy and healthcare management. Additionally, he has worked as a guest lecturer in postgraduate programs, served as a board member of the Brazilian Federation of Hospital Administrators (FBAH), is a member of the INBRASC Academy, a curator of Supply Chain and Hospital Infrastructure congresses, and an Ambassador for the Saúde Business Fórum (SBF).

With over 30 years of experience and a solid track record in critical mission environments, strategic asset management, operational expansion, and technical governance, he currently serves as Superintendent of Infrastructure – Engineering and Maintenance at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. In this role, he leads the infrastructure strategy and operations across 85 units distributed in seven states, focusing on operational reliability, CAPEX and OPEX efficiency, and sustainable expansion.

With extensive experience in strategic infrastructure planning, master plans, critical asset management, post-acquisition integration, and the implementation of public and private hospital operations, Robert has built a career in major groups such as Einstein, DASA, A.C.Camargo, Citi, DIA Brasil, and Santander. His work combines financial rigor, regulatory governance, risk management, and high operational availability, having structured critical mission models with 99.9% uptime. He has also led large-scale projects in expansion, modernization, and digital transformation.

Robert maintains a strong focus on ESG and sustainability, with experience in environments certified by ISO 14001, ISO 50001, JCI, GHG Protocol, and LEED. He is skilled in energy efficiency, transitioning to the free energy market, and strategic environmental management.

A Civil Engineer from PUC-Campinas, he holds a specialization in Accounting and Finance from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Health Projects from Faculdade Israelita Albert Einstein, and training in PMO from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia. He is recognized for his technical leadership, systemic vision, and ability to structure resilient, secure, and value-driven operations.

With over 25 years of career experience dedicated to the management of building infrastructure, clinical engineering, assets, construction, expansion, and medical technologies in large healthcare organizations.

He currently serves as Superintendent of Infrastructure and Logistics at Hcor, leading strategic areas such as hospital engineering, clinical engineering, real estate, construction, expansion, occupational safety, supply chain, and logistics. He has solid experience in driving modernization projects and increasing care capacity, with a focus on operational efficiency, technical governance, and asset sustainability.

He built a two-decade career at Hospital Santa Paula, where he served as Engineering Manager, consolidating expertise in hospital engineering and the management of critical environments. He is also an institutional reference in the sector, having served as Innovation Director of ABDEH (2020–2021 term), Administrative-Financial Vice President (2023–2024 term), and elected President of the entity for the 2026–2028 term.

An Electrical Engineer from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, he holds a specialization in Clinical Engineering from the Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa Albert Einstein and an Executive MBA from Insper.
