Customer Portal

It is a tool developed for you to record and monitor the stages of your project and purchase additional products and services necessary for the delivery of your in-person event, through our E-commerce.

In the Customer Portal, you will have access to:

●        Completing credentials for exhibitors;

●        Registration and association of the assemblers and its service providers;

●        Credential transfers to your assembler, service providers and contractors.

On this portal you can register and send VIP invitations and amenities. The VIP credential and amenities are benefits that the exhibitor has to invite their preferred customers and partners.

Jabaquara Station, which is part of the Blue metro line, is the closest to the event location. If you want to use the free transfer, go to Santos-Imigrantes Station, on the Green line, and go to the meeting point: Rua Engenheiro Guilherme Winter, S/N – Cursino.

It is 10 minutes from Congonhas Airport, used as the main airport for domestic flights, and approximately 60 minutes from Guarulhos International Airport.

From Santos-Imigrantes subway station (Green Line):

Meeting point: Rua Engenheiro Guilherme Winter, S/N – Cursino Please note: Hospitalar transfers will operate every day of the event, from 10am to 9pm.

 

From Congonhas airport:

Meeting point: Arrivals. Please note: transfers leaving from the airport will operate every day of the fair, from 10am to 7pm.

Hospitalar recommends that exhibitors arrange transportation for their teams using vans or buses and utilize the pavilion entrance via the Express Route. The Express Route provides exclusive access for collective transportation (vans and buses), avoiding the heavy traffic flow from vehicles accessing the pavilion via the Imigrantes Highway.

Parking prices are set by the São Paulo Expo for a period of 12 hours (price to be confirmed).

The infrastructure of São Paulo Expo provides elevators, ramps, and integrated access between the parking area and the pavilion. Additionally, throughout all event days, motorized wheelchairs will be available for loan at the Exhibitor Service Center (CAEX). Just head to the location with identification documents.

  • Completing credentials for exhibitors;
  • Scheduling the withdrawal of credentials;
  • Registration and association of the assemblers and its service providers;
  • Credential transfers to your assembler, service providers and contractors.

Access to the Customer Portal is via the link: https://portal.informamarkets.com.br. When accessing, you must choose the option “Access for exhibitors and customers”. If you already have a registration, simply fill in your details and click LOGIN. If this is your first access, you will need to click REGISTER HERE, fill in all the information and click REGISTER.

In the Customer Portal, click on "Events", then "Select Event/Contract" >> "VIEW DETAILS" >> "Select a contract" and go to "Documentation". Choose "View File" to view the document.
