The event is confirmed and Hospitalar 2022 will happen from May 17th to May 20th in a new venue, São Paulo Expo. 

São Paulo Expo is next to Rodovia dos Imigrantes – which makes it easier to access for those that intend on arriving at the event using the main state and interstate roads (Beltway) 

The venue is 10 minutes away from Congonhas Airport, which is used as the main airport for domestic flights. And it is approximately 60 minutes away from Guarulhos international Airport. 

Jabaquara station, part of the subway’s Blue Line, is the closest.

Yes. The event’s organizers will make transportation available. We will soon make the boarding information available.

Online registration that gives you access to the exposition área during the 4 days of event is free. But it is Worth remembering that those make on-site registration will have to pay a R$ 70,00 fee. 

No. In addition to the registration for visitors that guarantees free access to the 4 days of fair, there are specific registrations for simultaneous events, as

We will have free and paid congresses. Visitors that register for free will be able to access, in addition to the exposition area, free congresses and
attractions. To participate in paid congresses, you need to get the congress goer credentials for the intended event. Check out.

People wearing shorts, as well as inappropriate shoes (flip-flops, sandals, flats etc.) will not be permitted to enter.

No. Since it is a business event, people under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter, even if accompanied by an adult. 

Yes. The event will have lockers administered by São Paulo Expo.

The in-person Hospitalar event will be organizeds according to the Informa AllSecure health and safety protocols and will follow
