Hospitalar is held in cooperation with MEDICA - World Medical Fair and it is affiliated to the International Hospital Federation (IHF), the world hospital association.

In 2000, the United States of America Department of Commerce awarded the board of Hospitalar the diploma of Certified Commercial Fair. This represents an official endorsement for the North American entrepreneurs, recommending the fair as being efficient and the right business channel for the healthcare market in Brazil and in Latin America.
